I love that the two people who came to my house made it clear that they are here as long as it takes to get the job done. They both were very educated on the products. They didn't push any extra services on me, they only educated me on what else I could use that Zerorez has. If I had more money I would have done my couches and the extra serves!

On time, quick, and Matt G. was great. He was very knowledgable and explained the whole process very well. He did a great job. I would recommend him and Zerorez to anybody.
Technician was on time, explained what would be done and how long it would take and what to expect. The carpet looks much better and the pet odors were gone. The technician did a thorough job, much better than any previous technicians, and acted as if he really cared about doing a good job. He was helpful moving furniture and placing furniture on foam blocks while the carpet dried. We are very pleased with the service and cleaning resuls. We would like to have him do all of our future cleanings.
