Fast, efficient, on-time, and did an excellent job. Also...i appreciated the no high-pressure sales pitches. Your tack was informative, but did not push me or pressure me into buying any further services.

It seems the products work well, and the service is professional. The process relieved most of the stains and heavy soiled areas that I didn't think were salvageable.

Our service technician was amazing. Usually in this line of work I see some pretty interesting characters. But Alex was so knowledgeable and very professional. We are planning to book with you again to do more rooms and we plan to request Alex. Even if he is really good at upselling!!

The appointment was established and their reminder calls were helpful. The carpet cleaner showed up at the appointed time and his work was efficient. He was both punctual and polite and our carpet looks great!
