Polite service men were very careful with my furniture. They explained to me what they could do to wash out puppy accidents. They worked to take out deep stains. The carpet looks bighter now and the house smells fresh. Thanks, ZEROREZ!

What do you like about our products and services?

James was very friendly, courteous, and effective. He called before he arrived and then clearly explained my options with no "hard sell." He was able to clean all the areas I was worried about within a reasonable time frame. He took care to take care of my house as well, using corner protectors, wearing shoe covers, and even placed a temporary "door" ont he front door to keep the heat in. Overall I could recommend zerorez for any carpet cleaning service.
