I was very impressed. The person who came to clean the carpets was very respectable looking, clean cut, and honest. He didn't try to pressure us into purchasing anything extra. As we watched him cleaning the carpet he spent a great deal of time scrubbing it and got into the corners, obviously taking it seriously and doing a good job. We have used two other companies in the past and zerorez was definitely the best, worth the slightly extra expense.
