Mark was very pleasant and professional. My carpets were beyond filthy, because they had never once been professionally cleaned them in the 25 years they've been here, only cleaned with a home owner carpet cleaner. So I didn't expect much of a change and asked him to just try to make them look less dingy. To my surprise they turned out amazing!! By far exceeded my expectations! They are now dry and still look amazing, I had expected most of the stains to reappear, but they didn't! I am a HUGE fan of Zerorez and Mark! Call center understood that our house was about to go on the market and was able to get someone to clean our carpets the same day! Emily Maguire was amazingly helpful to put me in touch with the call center when I reached out to her.
A lot depends on the person doing the service and we were greatly impressed with Brent and I hope you will tell him. He worked hard on a stain that was not removed the last time you served us and it is nearly gone. Of course that is not saying we do not desperately need new carpeting. Thank you for your service that makes one want more.
