Good cleaning without the soap

Zerorez came to my home on 2/1/2017 to clean my duct work and my carpets. The team for the duct work were amazing with very little intrusion on me as I work in a home office. The was no mess afterward and and we are extremely pleased. Later that day the carpet cleaning crew came and cleaned 3 rooms and a staircase. There were numerous stains on the carpet that they worked very hard to remove. Two days later, one of the stains recurred and I call Zerorez. I explained the situation and told them no hurry as we live out in the country. They were very helpful and schedule an appointment for 3 days later. Mark, the technician was here for both the cleaning and the follow up appointment. He was extremely considerate, apologized for my inconvenience and removed the spot. I would never consider using another carpet cleaning service. I am a repeat customer and have NEVER had a bad or unpleasant experience.
