The tech was on time and very friendly. He was very knowledgeable about carpets and the cleaning process. He was very thorough and made sure to answer all of our questions. We were very happy with the service.

So far floors look good, we opted for pet treatment- we'll see what happens after things dry. Employee was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable about company products and services; also helpful and realistic in explaining pet problem areas.

Alex Davis was a polite, knowledgeable technician. Got all the stains out that others from Xerorez hadn't gotten out. Also informed me of the Spot Treatment which I purchased. I will ask for him again.

I like knowing that the carpeting is now exceptionally clean and that the team worked hard to get the stains out. I wasn't sure how easy it would be to access a 3rd floor apartment but they took cared of it. It was a bonus that the men were so professional and personable on top of doing a great job. Thank you!

You do a fabulous job as far as cleaning. I have never had an issue as far as that goes. I just have a personality issue with the last gentleman that was sent out. I requested somebody else and somebody or you warned me the fact that he called in sick they would send somebody else, in retrospect I don't know if you still with the company Maybe. Anyway, the gentleman that was here his name is Zack was nice but not very personable.

Reid was very professional and explained everything he was doing and helped educate us on the process for the duct cleaning. He was quick, efficient and didn't leave a trace that he was there. Very well done!
