Your polite and helpful staff took out spots we had been living with for too long. I procrastinate. They refilled our spot remover spray bottle and when our area rugs were delivered, they look great! Dave talked with us about removing spots in between cleanings and gave us some valuable advice about flushing the spot with water, before using spot remover AND after.
