I like that no chemicals were used to leave residue and it dried in less than 24 hours with some help from electric floor fans.

That you don't use harsh chemicals
Printed materials explaining the products used at the time of service with prices.Types of water.... treatment names and ingredients... Very confusing and uncomfortable feeling of pressure to buy on site when it's verbalized by tech.... $129 turns into $400 just like that....

Carpet gets very clean. Service person makes sure all issues addressed. Like that they wear covers over their shoes. Billy was great - very professional and friendly!

He did a great job, covered his shoes, the carpet looks great, the carpet was easy to dry, he was polite and efficient. Also my dogs liked him. The cost was not too expensive.
