Have been using Zerorez for awhile now. This time I had just had them out and then over the holiday got a coffee spill and they came out for a reduced cost and got the stain out. Thank you!!

Dustin and Matt G did a great job. They called and asked if they could come early as their previous job was finished early. I understand how that can happen because Jerry found a bit of asbestos when he came out earlier in the week on Monday. Jerry provided a resource for the asbestos abatement. I was able to get that remediated on Wednesday; Dustin and Matt come back to do the vent job on Friday. They were finished before they were even due to arrive! Took about 1.5 hours to clean, I have 17 duct vents. They did a great job of getting the equipment in and out of the house with as little door opening as possible in the -4F outdoor temps. I have not had a forced air system for 30 years and they were happy to suggest a washable filter and showed me how to insert it.
