James was very courteous, on time, professional, and explained what he was doing each step. He provided an industrial fan to assist with drying out the basement carpet, and it was picked up today by the time I got home. The fan was very loud, but it was effective. I haven't had time to see if all the cat hairballs were eliminated (no pun intended), but I anticipate it is a lot cleaner than my basement floor has been for a long time.

Rob Cotton, the carpet service person, we had was exceptional. He was informative but not pushie in providing knowledge about the additional services available. His level of experience and expertise were evident. I was impressed with the amount of physical strength needed and the amount of energy he gave in order to do a thorough clean of our carpets. The products are clean and have a fresh smell. The carpet cleaning is very thorough and reasonably priced. The technicians are polite, friendly, and never pushy.

I don't have a strong opinion about your products but I really liked the technician that came out to do the work. Matt was courteous, polite and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. He was very friendly and sincere. He explained everything he was doing in detail, which I appreciated.
