The carpet feels very soft and clean. I was very happy with the 39 day guarantee since some urine spots were still bad. Very happy with the person who serviced us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The Technicians take significant pride in their work. Several times during yesterday's work, Tech asked us to look at an area to make sure we were satisfied.
Carpets dry more quickly than when done by other companies.
