The empowered water... I was amazed at the results of the carpets. We had your service for my mother's home. She had moved and we sold it, so the carpets were in need of cleaning. Your carpet cleaning product does a good job, smells fresh. The service tech is very careful and considerate.

Care of my home (use of corner guards, door tarp/barrier), explained all the services that I was getting, and then touched on what all ZEROREZ offered, without being pushy on the sale.

The service tech that came out did a very thorough inspection of our HVAC system prior to cleaning. He found some asbestos insulation on the top of our furnace and let us know that we needed to have it professionally removed before he could clean our system. The asbestos was missed by the home inspector when we purchased our house and was also missed when we had our furnace installed 4 years ago. It was hard to believe that nobody noticed this prior to us calling Zerorez! We were very glad that the Zerorez service technician identified the asbestos problem when nobody else did!

We were able to get the asbestos removed properly by a recommendation that the Zerorez tech provided. Zerorez was able to come back out to clean our HVAC system the same day that the asbestos was removed. Our goal was to get the system cleaned before my wife had our new baby and we were running out of time. Sure enough, later that same day my wife went into labor.

We are so happy that this was all taken care of quickly and thoroughly before we brought our new baby home. Now our air is clean and healthy, especially since we opted for the Ultraviolet air cleaning system that Zerorez also installed.

We couldn't be happier with the way things went. We will definitely recommend Zerorez to our friends and family.
