I have too many pets, so I have a lot of problem spots on my carpet. Chad was VERY patient and worked really hard on these areas, and he made sure to let me know that the smells might come back when it warms up and the sun hits these spots this summer. I love that the carpets aren't crunchy when you are finished! My carpet looks so much better after you've been out!!
