We are very satisfied with our service from Zerorez, we have told others about the service and many have said that they have "called to have them at their homes done but they do not travel this far south, unless we have more services added on." This was my problem at the time of my call also but then asked if I had my Mom's house done on the same day. This needed to be approved by manager which it was but it is too bad that they don't travel down here without an added expense that some people don't have the money for. We were very satisfied with our service to our home and it didn't take long to get our homes done. Thank you to Chris who did our carpets, he was very friendly and knew what his job was and very helpful to the tips he gave us. Thank You Chris! A suggestion - We requested your service during a contact at the Minneapolis Home and Garden Show. While the $119.00 three room special as well as the disposal fee were explained to us, there was no mention of the "extra deep clean" recommended (at an extra charge) if we hadn't had our carpets cleaned for over 18 months to 2 years. We would have much preferred to have been told this ahead of time. Thanks.
