We like that the product is not harsh chemicals and we truly appreciate the staff who cleaned our carpet – Nick was wonderful, going above and beyond in order to make sure that the carpet was in the best shape possible.

Our worn (inexpensive) carpet looks far better than I imagined it could! The technician was friendly and thorough, not pushy to upsell beyond the special offer we used. Results are clean-smelling, not perfumey. Recommend!

Our technician Dominique Spencer was amazing. One of the nicest guys we have ever met. He explained all the options available to us he was knowledgeable and courteous. We would recommend Dominique to any one. When we need our carpets cleaned again we will call zero rez and ask for Dominique!!!!
