The technician that I had, Derrick Taylor, was very knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. He knew his products and took the time to make sure I liked the results before he finished. He had great recommendations for the future and I would definitely recommend him in the future. I am no longer embarrassed about my carpet for visitors! I feel so much better knowing my infant is crawling and playing on clean carpets without added toxins or chemicals imbedded in them!

The carpet was extremely dirt from foot traffic. I told our service fellow (sorry I forgot his name) that I wasn't expecting that he would get all the dirt out but that it would just be better. We were shocked that he was able to get it so clean it looked brand new! Also he was such a nice person and very informative. Will definitely tell others about Zerorez.
