Alex was absolutely fantastic to work with and offered great opinions on how to care for our carpet. It's unfortunate that the receptionist quoted $60 for cat urine removal, and then when they showed up, it ended up being $375 additional (so we passed), as I may not have had them come out at all instead of having them clean other carpets. With that being said, Alex did a great job helping us understand options and was very professional to work with - because of him, I would hire ZeroRez again.

I know he was on site training Chad, but you really need to make sure you retain his services. He is knowledgeable, friendly, hard working and has amazing attention to detail. His is a true asset to Zerorez and is the number reason we would use you again.

We like that there are no harmful chemicals being used to treat our floors. The security of knowing we have clean floors but our children and pets won't get sick when they are playing on the floors. The service was great!
The tech Steven Brown was outstanding at keeping us updated on everything that he was doing. He called us at 2pm & informed us that he'd be at our location in 15 minutes.
He took extra care when bringing in all his equipment & assisted with movement of end tables & recliner. We're very happy with the service we received from Zerorez.
