I felt the technician was really good and very professional. He seemed genuinely concerned about doing a good job and wanted to make sure I was happy with the job. The product worked well and I was very happy that the drying period was so quick. I had the work done on Saturday and I thought it would be Monday before I could put the furniture back, but late Saturday and Sunday morning we were able to put things back together. No residue and no artificial smell - just clean. Thanks.

The employee was friendly and careful to put booties on his feet and clean up the area when he was done. The carpet looks really good after being cleaned. I am disappointed that some of the stains are still on my couch cushions. I thought they would be able to take care of that.

The technician Chris Watson demonstrated superior customer service skills and did an exceptional job all around. I am uncomfortable with outside service providers in my home, but found Chris to be both personable and skilled in his work. I don't exactly throw around compliments willy nilly, so you need to know that for me to do this, requires an effort on the providers part that is above and beyond the ordinary. Thanks!
