Everything! Easy to schedule a time that has always been kept, with phone calls just before arrival. The workers are neat, very friendly and courteous and answer any/all questions. The work itself is VERY satisfactory.

I shared in another review how all of the techs that came onsite and all staff I dealt with for scheduling and addressing a concern I had with a severe coconut allergy were simply amazing! I felt that my concern was taken seriously and that I would be well taken care of through out the process.

I spoke with people ahead of time who took as much time as needed to answer questions and get the correct information together and were so friendly and easy to work with which really sets the tone for the process as a whole.

The air duct tech Matt and carpet tech Caleb were both spectacular to deal with! Very knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process. They were very respectful of our property and our home. They made sure that we understood everything that was going to happen during the service and what to expect after the service was completed.

Zerorez is definitely a company I have already recommended to others and will continue to do so in the future. I would use zerorez again in a heartbeat! Stellar products and services!!

So even prior to the services provided, I had contacted Zerorez as I have a severe coconut allergy and with that showing up in many products these days, I have to check everything. They sent me any possible product information and when I discovered coconut in a product, they documented everything and assured me they have an alternate product if needed. They also sent a senior tech to my home to do the carpet cleaning and he had all of the information along with him, which is such a comfort to someone like me that could be very sick if the information was not passed along or taken seriously.

Top Notch from start to finish, with the people I spoke with to schedule, and both techs that came onsite to do work. I love that they do a walk through of the house and discuss costs before completing any work. They are honest and upfront about everything they are doing and so professional I was very impressed by everyone I encountered.

Making an appointment was quick and easy. Our family is a green family that tries to avoid chemical use. The ZEROREZ representative who visited our home was friendly and willing to move things around, including furniture, in order to do a thorough job; he did an excellent job! The price for the three room deal was fair too.
