Very thorough. Expensive but did a great job getting the pet stink out of the carpet in several areas.

Our carpet gets very clean without "the crunch" when you walk on them that other carpet cleaners leave. Also, the technicians are very polite, always cover their shoes, and are very knowledgable about stains.
