The female (sorry I cannot remember her name) that cleaned my carpet 3/11/2017 did an excellent job. She was friendly, answered my questions, was very knowledgeable about the cleaning process. I would like her to come and clean my carpets every time. She did a fantastic job.
Great customer service and our carpet looks amazing. Very happy with the results. We've already recommended zerorez to friends and family. My only complaint? The $60 fee per room for "pre-treatment" (which was deemed necessary) is pretty steep.
