For the record- I declined because I was moving and didn't want to spend money on that house. I will certainly use your services at my new address. Our technician, Kevin, was amazing. He restored our older upstairs carpet to "almost new" color and cleaned two club chairs that we love until they look nearly new - all with friendly, competent professionalism. Before we knew about Zerorez, we had other "top ranking" carpet cleaning companies; but, they never had professionals with the knowledge and products that produce results like this. I'm not easily impressed, but Zerorez is well worth recommending.
