The professionalism of Anthony. Greeting us with a smile at the beginning and end. Shaking the hand of everyone of my household I introduced him too. A very personable hardworking young man. The thorough before he did the work talk was one of my favs. And intermittent reassurance and assessments on how a stain of particular concern was dissolving and surprisingly being removed without any additional chemicals or charges. How he worked with me to keep my costs at no more than the $129 special. Well plus taxes and fees it came to $154.
