My 29 year old almost white carpet looks brand new. Our tech, Dominique, was an extremely excellent worker: polite, patient while waiting for a broken part replacement, and efficient. He showed me, and discussed with me products that are available to assist me in other matters. Your company and Dominique are fantastic.

Adam did a great job. He went over every step with his plans to best clean our carpets. We did have numerous pet stains.Most of them came out but I knew that from the beginning. The carpets are fresh smelling as we have company coming this weekend.
