The representative that came to clean my rug worked hard to resolve the stain on the rug and was polite and cooperative. Very nice young man. Hard worker and went about his job but still appropriately friendly.

We had spills in the carpet and Cody was able to get them out right away. Cody was polite, knowledgeable, and represented Zerorez very well. I was not able to get back when he was done cleaning so he locked up for me, which I found very helpful. Overall a wonderful experience

Your company has some of the nicest employees! My son had some furniture cleaned last December and I was so impressed by the young man that did it! I just had carpets cleaned and I had two of the nicest guys do the work! I didn't think I would get anyone as nice as the one that did the furniture and then I got 2 more! You must be a pretty nice company to work for to attract such good people! They did a great job on my carpet! My only issue was that I was in a huge rush and didn't have any cash to give them a tip. I paid by credit card and hoped that I could add it on to that, but it wasn't allowed. I think that you should update that somehow. Thank you again for a job well done (again)!
