I love that the there aren't chemicals used in my home, the carpet looks great and your technicians work efficiently.
The rug looked 100% better and the installers were very courteous and careful putting the area rug back in place and put the furniture back where it was.
We have had them do our carpets for at least 5 times. They are very professional and make sure thing are done till all is clean. This last tech that came this time was extremely knowledgeable about the product and service and on a scale of 1-10 he's a 12.

I had carpet cleaninng. Zerorez is a well run company that has thought of many details to make the service memorable such as shoe covers, corner wall protectors, furniture leg protectors, uniforms, nice company van, street cones for added safety, superior cleaning technique, professional, reminder call and followup, moved furniture, respectful of furniture and even had floor covers on our laminate between rooms. The cleaning process and turbo drying were remarkable. I was very pleased and would highly recommend their services.
Eco friendly and kid friendly products
Technician was friendly kind and knowledgeable - great job done by the technician - my husband and I are very type A and critical of work done in our house. We didn't find anything that the technician could have done better. We were very pleased!!!

Our carpets always come out looking great. The house even smells fresh and clean. The young man who was here was terrific. Very personable, explained everything, gave me suggestions on some problem areas.He was thorough and did a great job. I have already recommended him and Zerorez to my neighbors. My only negative is I miss the foot covers to use until the carpets are dry. Bring them back.......please!

Friendly staff. Wanted a service done, but staff member told me upon arrival, that all it was going to do was fix the problem for a short time and wouldn't completely fix it. Glad he didn't make me waste more money on something that wasn't going to work.
