I've had both air ducts/furnace and carpets cleaned with ZeroRez so far, and have been so impressed by the quality of work you provide. Both technicians were friendly and efficient. I appreciated how thorough they were in explaining their process, and then summarizing the work they did after completion.

First of all your service rep (Dave) was extremely good. He started out by explaining to my husband and myself what and how what he was going to clean our carpet, and how it is done.......Dave asked us several times if we had any questions or concerns. He answered all our concerns So, we just let him go ahead and do what he had to do. He truly very courteous he has and he has very good work ethic. After it got dark (outside) we looked at are carpet and BINGO......Our carpet was CLEAN (even the stairs looked great) this AM we started putting things back together in the house. The carpet looks great and we are truly more than satisfied with ZEROREZ service --- carpet cleaning and I truly would recommend Zerorez to our friends and family.........In closing I will probably wait a few more years and MAKE A DATE WITH ZEROREZ TO CLEAN OUR CARPETS AGAIN. We truly had a GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH ZEROREZ.

Our Zerorez technician, Alex, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was upfront and honest about which stains he could and could not treat.

The year until man that came was very friendly and polite. Very informative. He explained what he was doing and offered other services with no pressure.

I am very impressed by our entire experience with Zerorez. We have never had our carpet cleaned before, but now we know who to call when we need it done. The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was kind and courteous. We were told that he would be at our building between 8:30 and 9:30, and he was. The thing I like best about Zerorez is that they don't use harsh chemicals, since we have two little boys; one walking and one crawling. We know that its clean and safe for them to play on the floor and we don't have to worry. I was really impressed and gladly surprised that they use water infused with citrus rinds in the process. It smells fresh and clean, plus it's harmless. We will definitely be recommending this service to friends and family.
