Carpets were much cleaner using zerores vs. conventional chemical cleaning which we had done several years ago, zerorez employee was very personable and professional, asked how it looked once he was finished and asked if I wanted him to go over any spots again.

My carpets look like new again. They are 7 years old and this is the first time they have been cleaned. The cleaner's were courteous and professional. I had all the furniture out and it only took them 1/2 hour to do both bedrooms.
