Your carpet technician , Jon was outstanding! He did a very thorough walk-through identified stains, actually got down on his hands and knees and observed, smelled, and touched the carpeting before he even began to clean. He got all of the embedded stains out. He made sure that we were completely satisfied. I would definitely go with you again. We've had other carpet cleaners in the past. Your products are very good, but I do not believe that I would be as satisfied if I hadn't had such an outstanding employee like Jon doing the cleaning.
