The young man doing the cleaning was very professional and careful in his work. Even though the carpet was not soiled and looked fairly clean before the cleaning, it was noticeably better after the Zerorez cleaning. We are pleased with the results.
My main goal was to remove the smell of pet urine and it was successful. The woman who cleaned the carpets did a great job and focused on the areas where the urine was.
The work the young gentleman did was fantastic. Everything felt and smelled fresh and clean. Every room was put back just how he found it.

Definitely not the least expensive, but probably one of the best . Mike was great to have here to clean, told me everything he was going to do, asked me often if the area he just did was good enough or not, and very courteous . He had a 4 hour job in a 2-bdr townhouse, so that's how bad my place needed to have the carpets done. Would recommend Zerorez and will have them back in the future to keep the carpets spruced up.
