We had our air ducts cleaned for the first time in 30 yrs. We built in '87 and at that time there was no such service. I had the thoughts back then, "how do we clean all the sawdust and sheet rock dust out of our heating runs?" You have brought that to the fore front in house health. I have recommended your carpet cleaning to many people I know that don"t listen to KQ, and they have been totally satisfied. We don"t have much carpet in our home as even after 30 yrs it is not finished yet. I expressed to Matt that we would be calling you when we do. I really enjoyed the video Matt took of all the crap in our ducts being sucked out. Efficient, on time, courtious and enlightening!

Zerorez also didn't hesitate in coming out a second time w/in 30 days to try to resolve a stain that re-emerged from the pad. Carpet looks 100% better (still some light staining - but we thought it was so far gone we'd just have to replace it).

I like the fact that Zerorez doesn't use soap or chemicals and yet was still able to remove most of the stains in the carpeting. The technicians were very personable and eager to explain all about the process used.

Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable technician. He was very careful not to throw hoses around and not to mar walls or furniture. He studied stain marks before and after cleaning to determine if the cleaning solutions had done the job he hoped they would.

No soap and water

Caleb was or onsite professional and he was excellent in every way, his appearance, his speech, knowledge of the product and pricing. He was very polite but friendly. Great sales person as well. We had our carpets done on Monday May 1, 2017 between 1 and 3 pm. He did a really nice job on our carpets. Better than previous Zeroez professionals just a year earlier.
We will use Your company again.
