They were very courteous, professional, and efficient- it took a lot less time than I was expecting. They all called before they got there to give me ample warning that they were on their way, they took the time to walk me through the process and answer any questions I may have had.

Dustin went out of his way to help explain the different parts of my furnace and air exchange system so that I felt comfortable with what he was doing and how to care for it moving forward. They all sold me on the additional products you had, but were in no way pushy.

As a new home owner all of their time and effort spent at my house put me at ease and made buying a new home an even better experience!

From my first call to inquire through to the completion of the job, everyone was knowledgeable, professional and obviously cared about doing a great job. They went the extra mile to be sure I understood everything as we walked around my house before they even started and they took care to review everything to make sure nothing was missed. My carpet has never looked so good! I will definitely recommend Zerorez to others and use them again.
