Good attitude of both the cleaning tech and customer service when i called to see if you coukd try again to get rid of the dog smell. Thr carpet was clean with a hint of stain where my tenant's dog laid down alot. There was no question, he was good natured and said they could get someone right out tomorrow for a redo. Outstanding.

We were very happy with the tech and the produce. Even though our carpeting is getting older, he did a very good job. I was allso surprised about how fast it dried and that it feels a bit more cushiony.

We purchased the life time air filter for the furnance, and are looking forward to not having to purchase a new air filter throughout the year's we will remain in our home.
