Did a superb job on white carpet which is about 9 years old. He even removed black mascara from the carpet, left by my darling granddaughter!! Also, my two bathrooms which have white grout, now look new. I have already recommended the service to several friends.

He went above and beyond the call of duty. He was very professional, polite, careful with the floors, walls and treated my home with most respect. He cleaned up after as if this was his own home. I would ask for the same technician back and will encourage others to ask for him. I am very very pleased.

Both my wife and I were WOWed by the work of two ZEROREZ employees. This was the third or fourth time that Jaime Arredondo has cleaned our carpets. You hire the finest. Our representative was a real gentleman. He was respectful, personable and a good listener. He was careful moving our furniture in order to clean under it and putting it back where it had been, on protective styrofoam blocks. We were pleased with our rejuvenated, clean carpet.

Your Process - from first call to completion - seemed tight. I was also impressed with the gentleman who cleaned my carpet - very nice - service focused and good worker.

Technicians are prompt and thorough. They arrive on time and explain all of the steps needed clearly.
