The carpet comes out amazing everytime

Cleaning service is great. However, the customer service that we experienced was a game changer. I purchased a new house a week ago and when the Zerorez rep came out to do the cleaning, he was extremely thorough and conscientious about what needed to be cleaned and what did not. Though I had booked a reservation to have the whole house cleaned, his walk through revealed that many rooms had relatively brand new carpet that did not require cleaning. He adjusted our booking and provided a great cleaning of those areas that did require cleaning. He also picked up our two rugs and transported them for cleaning. His explanations of the service and the work that was being done was reassuring. I will always recommend a company that chooses to put accurately assessing and meeting the needs of the customer ahead of doing unnecessary work just to make a couple dollars extra. Well Done!!

Derek and Mike did stellar work in cleaning our carpets. Derek took time to explain what sets zerorez apart from the competition and demonstrated how the process works. He also provided us a quote for area rugs, after explaining the process performed to clean them at your store. We were impressed with their professionalism and care. They even left to get a replacement piece of equipment before starting the job as they wanted to ensure they could do their best for us.
