Tech was very friendly and informative. Did a great job. Pricing was higher than I was expecting after phone booking. Carpets look great. I was referred by a friend - would be nice if you offered some sort of referral program. Would benefit future use. Thank you!

I had no hope for my carpets. I was only getting them cleaned to feel less dirty and to buy time until I could get new stuff. Now with my cleaning from zerorez, I'm honestly not sure if I even have to buy new carpet. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined. If I could rate my services at 11 I would.
