Very thorough explanation of service I neede

Everyone -- both scheduling / admin people and the service person himself -- were very personable, understanding, and helpful on the phone. I felt like they cared about helping us get the help we needed. We had a snafu with our CC card getting charged for another customer's job and, while this was a bummer, the person who helped me was empathetic and concerned and helped to right the situation. The cleaning job itself was great. Carpets and chairs look really nice and the dampness was really not a big deal at all. Odor was minimal but pleasant.

He was kind and knew his job well. He was able to explain everything and did a great job. Our carpets never looked better.
