I called to have my area rugs picked up for cleaning. It was the first time I have done so and I had a few questions. They answered all my questions and set an appointment to have them picked up. They were dropped off fresh and clean. I have a large dog and these rugs have not been cleaned for years so they were DIRTY and SMELLY. Everyone involved was polite and helpful. I will definitely use Zerorez again!
