These guys knew what they were doing. They walked through my rooms and we identified stains and talked about carpet, fibers, breakdown. They explained their process how it works and what they were going to do. I thought that I may be replacing this carpet, but after they were done cleaning my carpet looked like it was new. Very happy with the service and how my carpets turned out.

We tried the carpet cleaning for the first time and were very pleased with the results. Our carpet was so discolored prior to the cleaning, mainly dirt in high-traffic areas, and the finished result was magical! We'll definitely use Zerorez again!
