ZR is excellent in customer service, training and skill of all technicians, social propriety is spot on with good manners, perfect comportment and civility. The product and service is without compare. The people on the phone with whom we interact are always pleasant, kind, understanding and knowledgable. There is nothing in the ZERO column about ZR....it is all in the 100% spot! What a good business model and service.
