Zerorez was able to come to my condominium and that of a fellow condo resident on the top floor of our building on the same.. We were informed of 1) the date and 2) the time when the worker was on his way,and 3) when the truck was in the parking lot. Drying time was one day, which I was able to plan for. The only other process I have contracted for was a "dry" carpet cleaning. The job Zerorez did was much more thorough, and I am pleased with the result. Thank you.

I have been using Woolite carpet/stain remover to get stains out. It works pretty well, but not perfect. My carpet is 9 years old and has never been cleaned professionally. I can't believe the great job that Zerorez did. All my stains are gone!
I like the way you call ahead to let us know the time frame. I like the way we get a call 15 minutes before you arrive at our home. Kevin was very friendly and explained wht he would be doing and with what products. My white carpet once again looks almost like new after 23 years.
