It gets smells out and is safe for the pets to walk on it. However the technician failed to give us a refill of the zero-stink.

I really appreciate the friendly, professional service I've gotten from Zerorez. The technician's called ahead with an arrival time, looked at my carpet and let me decide how to best treat my carpet without a pushy sales pitch. I was very pleased with the look of the carpet and the fact that all the stains were removed leaving our carpet looking like new. I liked the fact that our carpet wasn't so wet we couldn't walk on it or have a crusty stiff residue. I'd also like to compliment the friendly technician's and the great job they did. This is the fourth time Zerorez has cleaned our carpet and each time it's been a great experience.
