How it cleans the carpet without residue
The products and services are very good. My only complaint is the cost. I have one room of carpeting in my house, and the minimum charge is very high. As more people move away from carpeting to hard wood, etc., your pricing needs to be more flexible.

This is the third time I have usde Zerorez. I must be happy each time as I keep coming back. This time was different as I now live in a condo on the forth floor.
