He was polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything and answered questions. Now for the end result - wow! We had a number of carpet spots and dirty areas that needed attention, and they were absolutely gone when he finished. He cleaned our well-used 9 year old sectional sofa, and it, too, looks fresher and cleaner than it has in a long time. We're always had good experiences and great results with Zerorez, but we think this time might have been our best ever! Thank you. We remain loyal customers.
