The Technician was prompt, professional and courteous! He had to go back to the shop to switch out the van, and for our inconvenience, he did a pet pretreatment for free! We really appreciate the "no chemical" aspect of the cleaning, which does a great job! We have used Zeroez for our carpets for years now and recently had them clean our vents. We highly recommend Zeroez!
