Very clean and professional

The first technician came out and basically did my whole house for $313. Did a very poor job and left quite a few surface stains and didn't follow protocol that I found out on the next visit. He had left water on my wood floors and also didn't put rugs down by door way that hose came through and he didn't put a curtain up, just kept my door ajar. Dustin Marver came out and fixed the issue with another person (forgot his name). Dustin did a great job. When he left, my carpet looked new and it still looks amazing. We built our house 14 years ago and this was the first time we had a carpet cleaning service out. We have used our Kirby carpet cleaner a few times prior to this. Our stairs were wet for over 48 hours the first time when Zerorez was out and when it was dry, it felt crunchy. We did not have this issue when Dustin came out. The carpet was dry by the same evening and no crunch residue left. I would use you guys again because you backed up your promise and fixed the problem. I will know what to look for next time. I thought they did a really good job. I was a little disappointed they couldn't get the few paint drops out of the carpet, but they explained why and what would happen if they tried. I didn't want to ruin the carpet.

It was a great experience from the moment the person arrived and completed the cleaning. The only recommendation I would offer is allow people to request a morning or afternoon time frame for scheduling. I requested morning and first customer if possible and was scheduled for the end of the day.

The carpets come out clean and no oders in the air.

The quality of the product is great. There is no residue or traces of chemicals. The technician, Nathan, is extremely knowledgeable about procedures and what results to expect. I will request him when scheduling other rooms in the future.

Your tech Derek was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions! He worked hard to make sure everything was perfect! He also talked to me about my vent cleaning! Definitely a 10 on the service scale!

Because I give it no less than that!!! The Gentleman that came to my house,was just that,,a GENTLEMAN, Happy, Full of Fun, Knowledgeable, Fast, the Cleaning was Fantastic!!
If I HAD TO PICK SOMETHING WRONG...........I think he was 1/2 inch off, replacing my coffee table/ trunk....1/2 INCH !! I just started giggling when I saw that!
If All your people are like that,,,and the ones I have dealt with so far, have been,,,, no wonder your company is so Wonderful!!
