Just wow! Our carpets look brand new...and we have lived here over three years with two fur babies. Service was amazing and it was dry so quick. No chemicals, no odors, just crazy clean. I don’t know how you do what you do, but I have already recommended Zerorez at work and plan to have you back to do the upstairs...I can’t wait! The person who came to our home was awesome. He explained the process and how it all works, was professional and was done quickly. I vacuumed today and I am amazed that there was so little in our vacuum container. Whatever you do is just shy of magical!

I like that my carpet isn’t “crunchy” after the carpet dries. The technician was able to get out some spots that I didn’t think were possible.

I loved our technician! He was so nice and friendly. Our carpet was kind of worse than we thought it was, and to be honest I wish I could have spent more to get MORE out of the cleaning. BUT - that would have busted the budget at the moment. Overall, happy with the process and time frame and price.
