I filled out the website form, including the date I hoped to have someone come out. I then received a call from a customer service representative asking me if I'd like to schedule an appointment, as though I hadn't included the date. Then another rep called and asked if I wanted an estimate. The third rep (on the third day) who called finally discussed availability on our chosen date. Your service person Dave was courteous, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. Overall I was happy with the experience and have already recommended Zerorez to 6-7 friends.
