They also were careful about not letting the cold air in my house and they actually moved something without me even asking, which was above and beyond and something I was not even considering doing.

The service technician, Eric, was polite, friendly, professional, and fast. I'm pleased with the results, especially the job done cleaning my microfiber sectional. Eric called and arranged to arrive early. Eric listened to me and tailored the cleaning service to my needs and area specifics. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service. The only drawback was that the areas I eventually had cleaned might have constututed two rooms at best; and I was charged for three rooms, plus additional cleaning areas. I'll spend some time measuring the actual areas cleaned to determine a total share footage, just to see what I really got for the cost.

Carpet was not left soaking wet. Dried very quickly I liked the citrus smell of the enzymes used. The technician was very personable. He explained everything in detail and cared that I was satisfied with his work. My carpets are clean and almost like new/! Thank you and Merry Christmas!
