The technician, Ryan Wicks, was professional, very nice & polite, and extremely thorough. He explained all of my options & their prices; made sure I understood that Zerorez would like the opportunity to correct an issue should I not be satisfied; & he didn’t try to be pushy by overselling any products or services. He gets an A+ from me!

I especially like Zerorez because although my 26-yr-old carpet can never look like new again (because of its age), I’m constantly amazed that their technicians & products always seem to freshen up the carpet & make it look relatively “newer.” And the carpet always smells so good when they’re done!

Heilen was wonderful. She listened carefully what I had to say. In the begining explained to me the product used for cleaning, the equipment, and the process of cleaning. She answered my questions. At the end she showed me what she had done.I was very satisfied.

I absolutely love the customer service that I experience every time I have used Zerorez! I honestly recommend Zerorez based on JUST that! But I also have to say that I love whatever the product is that Zerorez uses on my carpets. It leaves the house smelling fresh and doesn't have a harsh chemical smell.

By the way, I have to give a HUGE thank you to Zerorez! We are selling our home, and as we got closer to the date of our open house, I realized that our basement carpet was dirtier than I had noticed before. With just three days notice, Zerorez came out and honestly made the carpet look brand new. The carpets were dried in time for the open house the next day! PLEASE tell me you service the Avon, MN area! We are going to need you in our new home!

I liked that your process for cleaning the carpet does not use soap. We were very pleased with the feeling of the carpet after it dried. Our technician Garrett was very personable, answered our questions and gave clear instructions regarding what we needed to do after the carpet was cleaned. It was a good experience for our first time with Zerorez!
