I liked zerorez alot except I had a few different things done, and I till can smell a faint urine smell. So I just feel with as much as I paid I shouldn't smell that. But I would recommend zerorez to family and friends

I like that there is no residue left on my carpet after the cleaning. The technician’s are efficient and knowledgeable.
I appreciated that the technician showed me how the enzymatic pre-treatment worked as he was cleaning. I was surprised at how wet the carpet was at the end, given what the rep described on the phone when I asked about what to expect. The floor at the bottom of the steps was so wet that the basement floor below it was even puddled with water. I had a lot of cleanup to do after the technician left.
I gave a 10 recommendation because I was happy with how clean the carpet got, given how dirty it was to start with.
