BUT...this time was by far and away the BEST. Our service man, Neal, was awesome.
He was punctual and carefully explained what was going to take place. He encouraged our questions and responded in detail. There were no surprises whatsoever. His overall work from start to finish was stellar.
Our "old" carpet has never looked so good. We are giving second thoughts to the idea of replacing it. It is old but looks like new !!
