I have some aging carpeting in my house. It really has seen its better days.There were many, many spots that had been in the carpet for a long time. I was really sure that it would be difficult to get it really clean. The two gentlemen who cleaned my carpet did a really great job. They were able to pull most of the spots out and those that could not be entirely eliminated were far less noticeable after the cleaning. I am really happy with the results. They were far better than I ever thought they would be.

The technician was very courteous. I really liked that he took the time to explain how the system works and what his recommendations were for specific areas.

The customer service was incredible. Even though a mistake was made that caused us to need a new AC system Dennis was perfection!! A new unit was put in, no questions asked and paid in full. Dominique also was a kind, respectful, very apologetic, and did a phenomenal job cleaning our vents. Our carpet tech also did a fantastic job!! We are very satisfied with our whole experience even with the mishap.

So happy with our experience, from our initial inquiry email's timely response to the completion of our cleaning services. Justin was our tech, he did an awesome job explaining everything. He had a realistic approach to pet stain treatment. I always felt he had our best interest in mind and never tried to upsell us. The carpet is still drying so the finished results are still to be seen but we were very happy with our experience. We'd recommend Zerorez. And ask for Justin!
