We recently bought a house in Columbia Heights to have our son rent from us, so being we live in So. Minnesota, it was hard for us to be at the house for the scheduled cleanings, we lined up Zerorez to do. They were very courteous and accommodating to work with my son's work schedule to be at the house, and they always called ahead to let them know when the tech would be showing up at the house.

Very easy to schedule on-line. All information was out there, I didn't have to make a pre-cleaning 'sales' appointment and that was much appreciated. Got HUGE stains out!

The workers did a good job. There were some areas that were still stained, but the carpet was very dirty and I'm sure that there was some wear spots.

Ryan was fantastic - not only was he very careful not to track anything in the house, and because I have natural stone floors downstairs he was also ultra careful not to get any of the carpet cleaner on those floors, since they would damage the stone. (He also explained that to me, so I didn't accidentally track any of the cleaner onto the downstairs floors.)

He did a killer job with cleaning the carpet and the tile, was friendly and got the job done in an efficient manner, making sure he kept me informed throughout the process.

My cleaner was very neat and helpful to move the few small pieces I hadn't' gotten moved. Zerorz always does a good job and everything smells so clean and fresh. As a disabled senior I appreciated that he also used a gift coupon my daughter had given me. Will definitly use your company again!!!!!!!!!!!! He also worked very hard to get out all of my many spots.
