I felt bad for the tech because for one thing he did not have proper vacuum for cleanup
It seemed like some of what he had was not up to par

I really was pleased with the service Sam provided. I have used 3 other carpet cleaning services over the years and all were ok but nothing too great so I kept looking and I figured this would be the same results. I was pretty skeptical when Sam explained how things with Zerorez work and was not willing to pay for any extra protection/treatments since I assumed I was going to have the same mediocre results, Sam was totally ok with my choice and did not pressure me into anything just assured me that he thought it was going to turn out well and if not to let him know and he will come back out. He took his time, was professional, on time, explained processes and it paid off because I love the results. I have very light colored carpet in a condo, skipped the last 2 years of cleaning it and have a toddler so it was in pretty bad shape. Looking at it now you would never know it was in that condition as it cleaned up so well and dried a lot faster compared to the other companies I have used. When finished Sam had me check it over to see if everything looked ok and started the payment process which I assumed was going to have some hidden fee snuck in but nope it was what I was quoted. The enzyme product Sam mentioned and used in a spot was awesome and it had actually started lighting the area before he cleaned it. I'm going to call to see if the enzyme product is available for purchase to keep on hand and will be using Zerorez for my next cleaning-glad to finally have found one I like.

Both gentlemen that came to my house were very polite. Explained what work they were going to do and how to do it. I moved into this 10 year old house and the vents still had Sheetrock from construction. Matthew cleaned all my vents and heater out so we can breathe clean air again. Prior owners had a cat, couldn’t smell urine only knew there was danger, but Lauren got out his black light and changed the whole game. He worked with me on setting up a package for cleaning my carpets and they smell and look brand new.

The service technician explained everything he was going to do and highlighted the problem areas that needed additional work. He was very professional, personable, and did a terrific job.

The technician was very polite and even early. He called prior to coming just like they said and was very professional in the job he did. Afterwards he mentioned his concerns and had some questions for me so it was pretty impressive and made me feel that they take their job seriously.
